Questions about an order, the fee, or anything on this site go to that address. Email from buyers and sellers is read by the founder, not routed into a deflection bot.
Kiln turns one sentence into a product brand you own: made one unit at a time, shipped in days, with your first customers found for you. It makes money exactly one way, a published fee on the product price, stated on the pricing page and written into the contract.
No escrow of buyer funds
Checkout pays the seller's own Stripe account directly. Kiln never holds your customers' money, so there is no balance we can freeze and no payout threshold we can set.
No equity
Kiln takes its published fee, 8 percent of the product price down to 5, and nothing else. No stake in your brand, ever.
No supplier non-circumvention
You can ask who makes your product, get a straight answer, and work with them directly, any day. There is no clause banning it.
