Suppliers

The page Dough structurally cannot publish

A platform whose terms ban you from working with your own supplier for 24 months has a reason to keep the supply chain anonymous. Kiln has none. Every Kiln product runs on one of two rails, and both are named below, because there is nothing between you and your maker that we need to protect.

The rails

Two rails, both named

Rail one

The Printful partner network

Printed and embroidered goods are made one at a time by print-on-demand partner facilities on the Printful network, the same network behind stores everywhere: Printful's own published figure puts it at more than 139 million items delivered. That is the rail, not a mystery factory. Your production files, your designs, and the facility handling your orders are all yours to see and to keep.

Rail two

The vetted US white-label roster

Hot sauce, wellness gummies, and facial serum come from a roster of vetted US white-label makers, shipping under your label with formulas and label claims pre-reviewed for compliance before they are ever offered. Honest print: the roster is a roster, not a public directory. The individual maker behind your product is introduced to you, by name, when your orders start, per order and in writing.

The guarantee

We introduce you to your maker. We never stand between you.

No non-circumvention clause. Take the relationship direct, any day, and keep selling on Kiln or leave with it: your call, no waiting period, no balance held hostage. This is written into our terms, not just this page.

Before anything ships

Two safeguards, standing

Samples first, at cost

Hold the real thing before a customer ever does. A sample runs through the same production line as a real order, priced at cost with no markup. Today a sample request is an email to hello@joinkiln.com and a person arranges it; there is no self-serve button yet, and we would rather say so than fake one.

A human checks every production draft

The moment payment clears, Kiln drafts the production order automatically, and then a person reviews and confirms it before anything is made. That confirmation is the safety valve: no reviewed file, no production, no supplier money moved.

How these rails handle a real order, product by product with windows listed, is on the fulfillment page. Questions reach a person at hello@joinkiln.com.
